I’m sure some of these goals will change or be modified over time… which only makes sense once I reach them, I will have to set new goals to keep myself focused. (That make sense?)
My short term goals are:
- Cardio at least six times a week (more like everyday right now)
- Weight training every other day (in the process of changing this)
- Think of something positive about my life at least once a day
- Drop 50 lbs by Jan. 1 st (maybe this should be a long term goal?)
My long term goals are:
- Decrease overall body fat (I’m shooting for 22% body fat – I’ll explain more in another post)
- Increase overall muscle tone (Hell I want to get ripped, cut, sculpted… whatever term you want to use!)
- Maintain a positive attitude!
- Maintain a healthy diet which keeps me looking and feeling good!
I don’t necessarily want to become a fitness competitor but I do want to achieve the same fitness level as competitors.
